PURPOSE:
Lenn Millbower, the Learnertainment® Trainer and former
Disney training leader, will lead your team through an
entertainment-based team building experience. Lenn strongly
believes that facts and fun must be aligned. Whether the need is
solving team dynamic issues, illuminating that key organizational point,
or to just have a good time, Lenn will work with you to align the activity to your needs. Your participants will leave these activities energized and pumped up for what comes next. Your attendees will rave about this activity forever.
All Learnertainment® Team Building Experiences are customizable and combinable.
TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE SAMPLES
Murder Most Fowl
The organization’s top secret has been stolen and the person charged with guarding the secret has disappeared. The attendees must sort through a fowl cast of characters to identify the one with the motive, the means, and the opportunity. Amazingly, the solution to the mystery resolves.
Rock Star
The attendees stage their own American Idol-ish competition, with a twist. Divided into teams, the attendees create songs tied to the organizational issues being addressed. They then perform those songs as a band for the other teams. A pre-identified group of judges passes comments and the attendees vote to select their own rock stars.
Daily Gossip Now
Using props, costumes, and other materials, the attendees film their own entertainment gossip show, reporting on the organizational happenings five years into the future. This activity forces the attendees to look ahead and helps align each person to the future goals being sought.
Show Choir
In partnership with you, Lenn will select songs that align with your meeting message and then, in a show choir setting, teach your attendees to perform those songs. The event culminates in a filmed performance demonstrating their ability to work together and accomplish seemingly impossible tasks.
You Produce the action
The examples listed above are just a sample of what is possible. Lenn will work with you and align an entertainment based activity with your organizational/meeting need. The result with be factual, fun, and fabulous.
