Nina Steinberg, BBA, ACC, Performance Coach
Leadership and performance coach, business strategy consultant,
human connection and behavior activation expert
With a background in business strategy consulting at Strategy& (formerly
Booz & Company, now part of the PwC network) Nina spent six years
advising Fortune 500 executives on enterprise strategy, customer strategy,
and large-scale transformation initiatives. Her work included leading the
strategy team guiding the CEO of a Fortune 100 industrials company
through a complex corporate split-off, where she developed and
implemented the decision framework directing the separation. She also
designed the Customer Experience function for a $3B manufacturing organization to support a new eCommerce strategy. Across these and many other engagements, one observation remained consistent: leadership behavior—not just strategy—determines whether organizations thrive or stall.
Today, Nina partners with individuals and organizations to unlock potential through developing effective communication, authentic connection, inspiring leadership, and decision-making clarity. She works with leaders at all levels of the organization—from senior executives to emerging managers—to elevate performance from the inside out. She helps leaders move beyond conceptual leadership frameworks and into daily, observable behaviors that drive measurable results.
Nina's coaching approach integrates performance psychology, relational intelligence, and strategic alignment. She is particularly skilled at helping leaders translate high-level expectations into consistent action—strengthening confidence, building team trust, and improving execution across functions. Her coaching balances reflective insight with disciplined action, combining insight-driven conversations with practical structures that create visible progress and sustainable change.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, Nina designs and delivers interactive leadership and team development programs that strengthen communication, alignment, and accountability within teams. Her facilitation style is engaging and rooted in connection, while remaining firmly outcome-oriented, ensuring that learning experiences lead to application rather than inspiration alone.
An experienced global traveler with extensive exposure to diverse cultures, Nina brings broad cultural awareness and cross-context sensitivity to her work. She helps leaders navigate complexity, build trust across differences, and operate with curiosity and clarity in dynamic environments.
Nina serves organizations seeking leaders who can not only understand strategic frameworks, but embody them—translating purpose and priorities into daily performance that moves people and results forward.
Nina received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and completed her coach training through iPEC. She is also a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and a Certified LINC Personality Profiler, which allows her to leverage these tools strategically to accelerate insight, alignment, and behavioral change in leaders and teams.
